Wholesale prices when quoted are FOB port of Hai Phong or HCMC with the following presumptions: (i) 20 foot container shipment for sea delivery to Port of Destination -- at buyer's cost; (ii) no extra packing; (iii) excluding arrival customs duty if any; and (iv) full payment in advance by wire or by confirmed Letter of Credit (L/C) on international banks acceptable to VVG.
