I was the youngest of six siblings born to a farm family in northern Thailand.  My Dad died when I was three years old.  I think I remember him.  Because I have some old photos of him, I’m not certain if what I ‘remember’ is from the photos or from my brief time with him.

I lived with Mom who was the center support of my life. Her spirit continues to buoy me up today. She was busy taking care of all the six kids and earning a meager living to raise us the best she could.  Her young death when I was just 13 upsets me still, 13 years later.  I try very hard not to think of painful subjects but they rise up and stay within me like a stomach ach that won’t go away.

After Mom’s death I moved to Bangkok to continue my studies and work to support myself. My two elder brothers and three elder sisters have their own challenges in life.  We live separately. I worked for while as a clothing designer but quickly tired of working with people.  After moving about from job to job all over Thailand, I returned to Bangkok where I work for my uncle to earn a living and draw whenever a happy, sad, or angry mood strikes me.  I draw a lot these days, always at night. Each drawing takes me about one week to complete.

I started drawing when I was in high school, shortly after Mom died. I am completely self-taught and constantly strive to improve my work while honing my talent.

The concept of my drawings is that I love monochrome. Rarely I add a splash of color. Black looks mysterious, haunted, and infinite. My interests include the sun and the sea, city tours, the individual, adventure, mountains, waterfalls, forests, deserts, all nebulas, any galaxy, a black hole, the Milky Way, and the universe.

Happy Tears, Sad, Glad, Mad.  Mantra, tantra, karma sutra, sex.   Everything human should be openly expressed and must include our soul and spirit.  A sexy look can be scary.  I can see every sensation clearly and I draw all sensations.

My images have no beginning and no end.  They just are. Every image is a union, combining some of all that came before with a prelude of what is yet to come. Each represents infinity.

The top of the world is not found on a mountain. It’s inside each of us.  We need to discover ourselves and then look for others.  I want to explorer Andromeda just to see what life there looks like.  LIFE IS WORTH LIVING even as I have explored death in some of my work.  This is merely to prove that we have one life to live and must do so the fullest. Dreams can come true with our own power.
