The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo makes a very clean appearance. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo's English ability, both oral and written, is outstanding. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo is an accomplished and practiced fraudster.
The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo is very easy to recognize. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo has a very distinctive red birth mark on his right hand, running from his palm to his elbow.

3. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo makes a simply outstanding appearance in terms of general knowledge, experience, and a willingness to work long hours in order to complete difficult assignments. He was rated (i) heads above over 200 other applicants on paper, (ii) among the best three of 36 other applicants in telephone interviews; and (ii) among the top three in long, in-depth, short-listed personal interviews.
4. After 37 years in business, the past 12 in Vietnam, being an otherwise good judge of character, I genuinely liked the man. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo presents himself well as an articulate, humorous, pleasant acting, and most polite young man. And I succumbed to his fraud.
5. After the employment offer was accepted and one week before the Criminal Minh Chien Ngo was to have started work, he reported his motorbike was destroyed in a crash while driven by a friend. He offered to not take the job as he needed a motor bike. I should have agreed.
6. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo offered that the company would advance the VND 10 million purchase money, he would pay us back over the first 25 months of his employment. It seemed too good an offer to refuse for what appeared to be a star new employee. We advanced the funds and to show his "good faith," he advanced the final one million with which to make the purchase.
7. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo's performance on the job before the motorbike was bought was outstanding. He worked over-time to learn the business, to help locate a new office and set it up. He read daily project offerings and corresponded with me about project work. He even out-performed our manager when serving as translator in a very difficult negotiation we concluded.
8. Suspicions were first raised when the Criminal Minh Chien Ngo asked to have a lap top to use in the office and not the Desk Top we provide. Further suspicions were raised as he appeared always short of cash and frequently asked for advances or loans. We refused and he took it well.
9. The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo disappeared with the motorbike less than one full week after we took delivery. The first day he claimed he was ill but after not answering his phone for the next three days and failing to tell us his location when he did, he as well refused to allow our office to speak with his doctors or review his medical bills.
6. For the past week we've offered The Criminal Minh Chien Ngo the opportunity to return the motorbike and go our separate ways. He now claims to be "ill in Hanoi" and will return the bike after the Tet Holidays, 6 weeks from now, but "cannot guarantee it's current condition."
It is our intention to take down this web page ONLY after the Criminal Minh Chien Ngo voluntarily returns the bike. We have his ID number and have already written to his family and the local police at his family home in Hanoi. If we must pay the police to recover the bike, this page will remain on the internet until we can be certain that we are free from his criminal acts.
If he pays the sums due or returns the bike in new condition with its papers, we will immeidatly take down this web page.
The search firm that we hired, the one that sent us the Criminal Minh Chien Ngo's resume, did not do any background checks. They offer various reasons why that service is not available, but we do not accept those as valid. We hired them based on their name and reputation, relied on them because of the world-class name they use, and and wrongly believed they had done a complete background check. However, in fairness, they have been giving us full cooperation to track down and stop the Criminal Minh Chien Ngo. They advise me they will send their own intra-industry alert to all search firms to hopefully reduce the risk that the Criminal Minh Chien Ngo will injure other foreign firms.
