This is the Project Master Plan as conceived by its developer, Vietnam Venture Group, Inc. and presented to all relevant authorities.  There is both room and time for improvements.  After you have read about one project, use your browser's button or the links on the page to return here.

Future Development - This section is not part of the current project. There is no hyperlink to bring you here.  Most likely you are at this point because you are in search of yet more information about opportunities at the Cua Lap Resort. 

Perhaps you noticed our long frontage on the new Highway 51C.  The land is but development of a strip about 300 wide along the highway frontage is not part of our current Master Plan.

That is worthy putting another way: we have secured the rights to develop more than 1.25 miles (that is more than 2 km) of highway frontage along the northwest border of the Cua Lap Resort but have left the land vacant for future high rise development.

This new, four lane, limited access road will draw people from the HCMC region who are intending to visit Cua Lap Resort or go further south to down town Vung Tau City. Vung Tau City residents and Cua Lap Resort Guests will drive this highway on their way back to Ho Chi Minh City, Bien Hoa City, and beyond. 

There are opportunities to develop our long highway frontage with high rise apartments, hotels, shops, and possibly sites for the gaming industry.  We have no current plans but are not putting any limit on where this future development will go.  Neither is the government.  As the nation grows, and its entertainment needs grow with it, the Cua Lap Resort Development Project is prepared to grow with them.
